Unit of Inquiry:  How We Express Ourselves

 

Learning Target:  I can write and perform an original song using the 12-bar blues form.

 

Students are working in groups to write an original song.  They are using guitars and their understanding of how the chords fit within the form to write the melodies.  These songs will be performed in front of their peers.
